The Design Process
Initial Consultation
The consultation will be to view your garden and discuss your requirements and is free of charge for clients in Somerset.

First Visit
I will listen to what you would like from your garden, you may require a concept plan with sketch drawings and planting ideas or advice on plants and ways to develop your garden. This visit may be all that is required to help you enjoy your garden.

Second Visit
Detailed plans may be required for a contractor or for your own use. A full Site Survey is carried out from which I can produce scaled outline plans showing the new design. The Master Plan provides all the relevant information required to construct the garden and a detailed Planting Plan shows all the plants and the numbers required.

Project Management
Full project management may be required on large designs to obtain and work with contractors, source plants or materials and to ensure the build runs on time and to budget. Subsequent visits may be required on smaller designs to liaise with contractors or to supervise the planting of the garden.

Plant Care Schedule
This individual guide provides season-by-season advice on how to care for your plants so that your garden always looks at its best. Alternatively we can help maintain your newly designed garden (subject to location).
